How is my order packed?

We help customers strike a balance between content safety and delivery charge. From experience, we pack enough to ensure content safety, and so, you pay a fair delivery charge. Why pay more for overpacking?

Your order will be protected with carton or bubble wrap, or in a box. It will be plain wrapped, no commercial markings, and insured.

When is it sent?

After we receive your payment (not when you pay), despatch is usually < 2 days, max 4 days.  Anything more than that, we will refund FULLY.

After despatch, we would email you with despatch details.  If you paid for services with tracking number, that will be provided.  You can trace progress at the respective websites.

If parcel arrived damaged?

Firstly, realised that damage is by the delivery services. We would work with you to resolve and make claims.

If it arrive damaged, lodge a report with the delivery service immediately, with every shred of the parcel as evidence.  Note time-day of arrival, and any details of the delivery person can be helpful.

Contact us immediately with the initial outcome of your report, and the report number.  We would lodge a similar report with the delivery service here.  Both delivery services will work together to resolve the matter.

The enquiry will take 2-3 weeks, unfortunate as it is, patience will be needed.  If all is well, we should be able to claim damages, and things will be set right.
