1. We don't recommend products. We obviously don't use all the products we sell. What you want is to hear from professional reviewers, or actual users. You should seek advice in information portals, and user forums.
2. We don't answer product technical questions. We didn't make them, and we are certainly not technical experts. You should contact the maker, or ask in information portals.

Are we being unfriendly?

We are happy to answer queries directly related to a purchase, eg. box contents, warranty, delivery and payment matters, etc ..
