Import Tax

Can you declare the parcel for less, and as gift?

We can do anything you like. but you should know the truth of Import Tax.

why is there a tax?

why other shops can help avoid tax

gift?

When you buy something from overseas, your goverment may tax you for it. No shops can change that.

This tax may be GST/VAT or the parcel's declared

This is a charge by a goverment on what her citizens bring into the country, personally or via a delivery service. All parcels go thru customs before being released for delivery.  If taxable, the delivery service will collect the tax from you upon delivery, or notify you to pay it at the main post office. Import tax will be a % of the parcel's declared value + shipping cost. You can confirm the latest % from your customs service.

When you mailorder things from overseas to be delivered via the postal system or Fedex, you face the postal duty free limit. Imports with declared value above this duty free limit is taxable. Your country's customs service has the right to tax any imports, even 'gifts'.

Ask your customs service for latest details. What we know so far is
