Import Tax
We are despatching from Singapore. A parcel declared over £40, gift or no gift, is likely to be taxed (check with UK Customs). A parcel can only be insured not more than its declared value. We can insure/declare less, but the risk is yours.

Postal Air, 6-10 working days, £3 first 150g, 30% chance of tax

EMS ExpressMail, 2-3 working days, £17 first 500g, 90% chance of tax
Fedex DHL, 100% chance of tax

If paying by Paypal or Debit/Credit Card, to prevent fraud, we can only send to the registered, or billing address. If you wish to send to a different address, please choose other payment options.


Shipping cost is based on weight (our best estimate). This is the weight of the shipping parcel (total weight of products in their retail boxes + parcel packaging).

Cheque mailed to Cambridge. Handling fee 2% (A+B)
UK issued Debit Cards: Visa Delta, Switch, Solo. Handling fee £0.6 + 2% (A+B)
UK issued Credit Cards: Master, Visa. Handling fee 7.3% (A+B)
Paypal. Handling fee £0.20 + 6.4% (A+B). Please have an active account before contacting us.

Total = A + B + C handling fee

Handling fees are as charged by payment provider. We don't profit from it.
