Sign up free at Paypal.com, and upload money from your bank account, or credit card. Other than US$, you can choose to pay in,

Paying in your home currency saves you currency conversion cost to US$.

We have to charge a handling fee 5.9% (of Total) + 0.30. This covers costs incurred to receive your payment, and to eventually withdraw it to our Singapore bank.

Bank TT

in SG$ or any currency

More assuring for higher amounts? over US$500?

Bank (International) Telegraphic Transfer to us in Singapore. Also known as Outward Remittance, Bank Wire, or SWIFT Transfer.

Your bank will charge you a sending fee of US$30-40, and our bank charges us a receiving fee of SG$10 (to be added to your total). US$1 is about SG$1.50.

Please check with your bank how you can do a TT in SG$, US$, or in your local currency. Paying in SG$ is likely to work out cheaper for you.

Also check if your internet banking has TT features. The charges are usually cheaper than a bank branch.

Only option for some countries

An international network of money changers. Sending fee about US$20 or 6%. Check if you can send in SG$ from your nearest branch.

If you can only send in US$, we have to add 1% more because Western Union's exchange rate is 1% worse than the market.
