After payment, it took about 7 working days to arrive (and I used the standard postage/delivery method). Bluetin even were able to send to different address on my behalf. When the product arrived it was VERY well packed with a backing board and a lot of wrapping paper to prevent damage, scratches, etc.. to the box. I just want to say even though I havent received my N1 yet, I have been extremely happy with your Customer service. For one I have been purchasing online for a while, including from overseas, and not once have I received a phone call from a retailer especially from overseas to my mobile phone, explaining to me that they wanted to get the order out to me faster, and what options I would like. |

Bluetin minidisc gives great service, fast and knowledgable. They always respond to emails quickly and process the order quickly keeping you updated all the time. The track and trace was good too. And fantastic prices - I'd priced my Sony R900 EVERYWHERE and their's was by far the best. Would recommend to everybody. |
